| 2. Feed Subscription Due or Overdue You will be paying for your feed either monthly or annually via a recurring subscription. If our system has been unable to collect a payment you will have been emailed either by PayPal and/or XML2U’s accounts team advising you of what needs to be done.
- Subscriptions processed by PayPal (payment failure)
PayPal will have emailed you in the event of a payment failure explaining what is required to restart the subscription. In most cases they will automatically try again 5 days later but, if you need to add funds to your PayPal account or amend your card details held on PayPal, try to do so before the next attempt is made to collect the payment. You will need to quote or enter your PayPal Profile ID number which you will find in all associated PayPal emails to you.In the event that you are unable to update your existing PayPal subscription, email accounts@No spam please!xml2u.com for a link to a new subscription page. Your feed will be disabled following 2 consecutive failed payment attempts, unless we have heard from you, until the issue is resolved.
- Annual Bank Transfer

3. Feed Re-build Fee This will be required if it has become necessary to reconfigure the data extraction robot when there have been significant changes to where we have been asked to collect the listings data from (the data source). The cost for this is usually no more than £35 sterling (+ UK VAT if you are based in the UK). You will probably have been advised by email of the actual cost.
